This renovation was a unique project for my clients, as it held sentimental value being their first home where they started a new chapter and with their first child. Despite its compact size of 90sqm, it was essential to maintain functionality while infusing the space with class and charm, given its art deco style in Double Bay. We executed a comprehensive scope of works, including a compete apartment overhaul, new joinery, bathroom extension to include a laundry within the apartment, installation of French oak chevron flooring, and incorporation of brass fixtures and lighting. The selection of furniture, decor and artwork was carefully curated to align with the clients’ personal taste with a pop of colour to enliven the neutral wall and compliment the beautiful bay views.
