The vision and outcome for this project was creating an upscale space for a real estate agency in the heart of Woollahra.

The goal was to design an environment that exudes sophistication and warmth, perfectly reflecting the agency’s commitment to quality service and high-end properties. We aimed to craft a space that not only showcases their premium listings but also provides a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

The challenge was to merge contemporary aesthetics with timeless luxury. To achieve this, we chose every element with meticulous care. The flooring features wide-plank oak in a soft, natural hue, setting a warm tone for the space. The walls are painted in a refined off-white, complemented by muted colours and aged brass fixtures that add depth without overwhelming the senses.

The layout features a central workstation for 12 staff members, equipped with the latest technology, while the private meeting room is soundproofed and filled with natural light.

The result is a stunning showcase that exceeds expectations, perfectly situated in the vibrant community of Woollahra.
